1. The service

Moonsalt provides the ChatGPT Bulk AI Image Editor, a Shopify app that generates and edits product imagery in bulk — plus video and an optional virtual try-on. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must have a Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You're responsible for activity that happens under your store's account.

3. Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans include a monthly credit allotment and are billed through Shopify. Usage beyond your allotment is billed as overage up to a cap you control. You can change or cancel your plan from the app at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You and your customers retain ownership of the images and content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and deliver the service (for example, storing it and sending it to AI providers to generate results). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

5. AI-generated output

AI output can be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing generated images and video before publishing them to your store, and for ensuring they are accurate and appropriate for your products.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the apps to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or its limits.
Don't use the try-on feature with images you don't have the right to use.

7. Disclaimers

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific business results, uninterrupted availability, or that output will meet every requirement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonsalt is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the app in the preceding three months.

9. Termination

You can stop using the apps and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to comply with the law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify merchants.
